On a daily basis, you are bound to be mindful that your school, college or university is Ofsted compliant. This extends to your website and other online material that you publish. When it comes to statutory requirements, it may sometimes feel as though you straighten out one issue, only to be met with the next?

Ofsted has only recently set new guidelines. And there are different sets of regulations for different education types. For example, your online publishing responsibilities will be different if you head an academy, free school or college than they would if you were running a school maintained by local authorities.
